Transaction Cancellation

In accordance with Section 14C(c)(1) of the Consumer Protection Act 1981, the Customer has the right to cancel a purchase or donation by notifying the Company within 14 days from the date of purchase, donation, or receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the purchase document, whichever is later.

This 14-day period is extended to four months if the Customer is a person with a disability, an elderly person, or a new immigrant, provided that the transaction involved dialogue between the Company and the Customer, including electronic communication.
